I will be bringing number 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 domestic pets and I have added £15 for each of these to the total. I will not leave any pets unattended in rose cottage and I will provide suitable bedding.
I will enclose a cheque in the sum of £50 for breakages which I understand will be returned provided that no damage or loss is found following my stay at Rose Cottage, when I send the balance of the full cost of my holiday.

Upon receipt of your booking form we will reserve the dates given above and your will receive confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. Please follow the payment instructions detailed in the confirmation e-mail. A receipt and holiday pack will be posted by return.
